For new policies that started on or after 1 December 2023 and policies that renewed on or after 1 January 2024, you are insured by Zurich and can find your important documents below. For new policies that started before 1 December 2023 and policies that renewed before 1 January 2024, you are insured by QBE and can find your important documents by scrolling down the page.

Please refer to your cover summary to determine the 'Policy wording' code, then match it to the downloads below.
